WHERE WE DELIVER

We deliver to 20 towns and cities in Vermont. 
Our delivery fee is a flat fee per town, as listed below.

FUNERAL HOMES & CHURCHES:
There are many funeral homes and churches within our delivery area.  We deliver to all of them, as long as the location is in one of the Vermont towns or cities listed above.

WHEN WE DELIVER

We deliver Tuesday through Saturday.

We do not deliver on Sundays or Mondays (Except for Valentine's Day and Mother's Day) . 

Same day orders must be received by 10am.

We do not deliver on holidays in which we are closed (Thanksgiving Day, Thanksgiving Friday, Christmas Day, New Year's Day)

In general, our deliveries arrive between 12pm (noon) and 4pm.  However, we cannot guarantee a delivery time.

Requests for special delivery times can usually be accommodated with at least 48 hours notice.

DELIVERY POLICIES

Believe it or not, deliveries are the most challenging part of our job! 
To make things a little easier for us, here are some basic policies:
• You must provide us with a physical address. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
• If the delivery address is in an apartment building, you must provide us with an apartment number and a way to enter the building, or someone to call when we arrive.
• It is always best if you provide us with a phone number for the recipient.  Trust us, even if we have to call ahead to plan the delivery, it does not ruin the surprise!  
• If you do not provide us with a phone number, we will attempt delivery only once.  If the recipient is not home, and we cannot safely leave the flowers outside, we will leave a delivery slip for the recipient to contact us to pick up.  If another delivery is required, you will be charged an additional delivery fee.
• In general, please just give us as much information as you can.  Double check the address, and zip code.  Thank you!
